Good Solid construction. Not cheap. Keeps them interested and engaged.
30+ years ago my children played with wooden toys as I had when little. Something about the durability and feel of a wooden toy that cannot be replaced by sleek plastic that snaps or gets lodged in a kids throat.They had original 70's and Thomas toys. they did enjoy them and are still in storage for the next grandchild.Buy something that lasts and is never out of fashion. Boys/Men of any can appreciate these toys with their children for years.

Our Son Loves It
Bought this for our 4 1/2 year old son because it was a simple, electric-free toy. We did not anticipate how much he would enjoy it. He liked it so much that we bought another wooden set so he would have more track. This is how much he enjoys it: when we are out, he repeatedly says he wants to go home and "play with my train". This morning, he woke us up at 5:45 AM so he could get back to playing with it. I think that's as high a recommendation a you child could give.

Best thing I’ve bought for my son
