Cold&Hot heat therapy products filled with natural cherry stones makes it durable , healthier and economic. Take out the filling bagfrom the cover, heat it up 3 minutes in the microwave .You can also heat up in the oven at 150 °C / 302 °F between 8 - 15 minutes , The cherry filling bag can also be kept with a plastic bag in the freezer for 30 minutes , and be used as cold compress. The cover is washable(30 °C hand was recommended ) while to wash the bag inside is not suitable/ necessary .
