I have to sit for hours and I had major neck problem but since I am using it supports my neck so well that 99% problem is gone . It is little hard to wars and sometimes it hearts your chin but benefits are great if your neck is really bad . I wish if they can add some more cushion on chin side . Thanks

It is awful and has gone in the rubbish bin.

Design is not suitable for 3.5" neck height: inner/upper plastic piece (which lacks any padding on its bottom edge) extends outward beyond the padding on the outer/lower plastic piece. Thus, the unpadded upper edge digs into the neck.

It is cheap basic plastic. i got the biggest size but still struggle to get it to latch on my own without a second person help
