Flabor is good, value for absolutly, they need to prefer big bottles to if anybody wanted made in bulk they have to provide that much raw for more cheese.

I have been using this product for making fresh mozzeralla for a couple of years now. I is a good and sold at a reasonable price.

I recently got into cheesemaking and was looking at retail options for rennet. Ordered this product and used it in my first batch.It works exactly the way it is supposed to.Make sure you follow the dilution instructions and temperature parameters properly.

The cheese making renette is good and does it's job well. But the bottle was received without any manufacturing and expiry dates. Only a bottle packing date was HAND WRITTEN on the bottle. Better quality control needed. The shelf life of this bottle is unknown.

For semi soft cheese made with ordinary Amul taaza polypacked milk, 4 drops per litre will coagulate the milk in 40 minutes.The whey from the renneted cheese is more easily digestible than the whey from making chhena or paneer, so that is an added bonus.
