Got this fascia massage tool because I am an athlete and often get tightness in my legs. I have tried using rollers and other massage guns but have found this to be quite effective. Also, it is nice that it is portable and doesn't require any batteries.

You need to be consistent in order to see any results. The smaller version is easier to use. It is very durable and did help relieve muscle pain.

No different than other expensive brands I bought! Works great, easy to use …..actually easier to use than the other brand I own because this has a silicone/ rubber added to the handle.

I got this tool because I have been dealing with some stubborn knots in my shoulders and back, so I figured I would give this shot.My first impressions of the tool itself, it is sturdy and well made. It has a good weight to it, which helps to apply pressure without having to strain. The different edges and curves give options for targeting specific areas.Now using this tool I will admit, took a bit of getting used to. The first few times I used it, it felt a little uncomfortable. But once I figured out the right amount of pressure and the right technique, it started to feel really good. It definitely gets deep into the muscles and fascia, which is exactly what I was looking for.I have been using the blaster for over a month now and I have definitely noticed a difference. My shoulders and back feel looser, and the knots are starting to break up. It has also helped with my overall mobility. I have even used it on my legs after a tough workout, and it seems to help with a faster recovery.It can be a bit intense, so I would recommend to any one using for the first time to start slowly and use light pressure at first. It might leave your skin a little red or tender afterward, but that is normal and very minimal.

I am excited to have received this fascia massager! I used it right away. I like the No-Slip Grip. The Massager seems very durable. I also like that it's waterproof and easy to clean! I was glad that the guidelines, tips, and how to properly use the Massager was also included.
