Very bad experience with less than 5 months the phone suddenly switched off without any reason, no fall down, no hot weather, just suddenly switched off The refurbishment quality is bad

I got nice phone thanks for good quality I believe in Amazon.ae

Worst product. Display is on lose condition. And phone is dead while it's deliver

The iphone sim card and esim we not working that's why I returned it. And I left inside my sim card for Airtel. But I have not yet got my refund on my account.

I would like to bring to your attention that the battery health of my mobile phone is currently showing only 85%. This is not satisfactory, as the device is not performing as expected in terms of battery backup. I kindly request you to look into this issue and advise on a suitable resolution at the earliest.

What else should I review? The display and backside of the mobile may have been opened but not installed properly, duplicate charger cable, wallet does not work.
