Brings the edge back to good knives without fuss
I have a collection of good chef's knives, both German, Japanese and American. This knife sharpener brought a fantastic edge back to all of them. Without any damage to the knives at all.I had been using a hand-pull type of sharpener, and somehow it was just no longer doing the trick. My knives had gotten really dull. I was thinking of going to a professional sharpener when I decided to look for better tools to sharpen with. I saw the ones that look like a jig you hook the knife up to - looked too complicated. Then on a cooking web site I read about this one, the Chef's Choice. It got great reviews from other cooks. So I decided to buy it - Amazon actually had a good price.The Chef's Choice knife sharpener is really easy to use and brings a very sharp edge to all my knives. I used it on about 8 knives in total - 8" chef knives, Japanese chef knife, carving knives, even a huge pizza knife. Both forged and stamped. All came out extremely sharp, crazy sharp, and looking clean and beautiful. I love this sharpener and I'm glad I bought it. Just one use on my 8 knives and it already saved me money compared to the cost of professional sharpening !

Affila i coltelli senza rovinarli , certo serve di prenderci un po’ di manualità , ma almeno non rovini niente e il risultato è solo poco più avanti

Bei uns insbesondere zum Schleifen von Japanmessern angeschafft. Nach de, Schleifen mit diesem Produkt alle wieder spuerscharf. Und nicht nur die Japanmesser, sondern auch unsere normalen Messer schneiden jetzt wieder perfekt. Wir würden dieses Produkt jederzeit wieder kaufen - der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt.
