For those who don't large pills to swallow. This liquid formula is ideal. Can take orally or add to your food. The magnesium is easily consumed. And quickly absorbed by the body. It should be taken with each meal. I like that you have Vit. D3 and K2 supplemented as well. It is a fine way to assure you get these three essential nutrients as we mostly are defficient in them. Recommended as a convenient source of elemental magnesium.

It is nice to have found magnesium glycinate in a liquid form. The complex mixes well and has a pleasant taste. I like to mix it with my other liquid supplements. The only "con" for me (and it's a personal preference) but I typically do not take supplemental Vitamin D. I typically just take magnesium glycinate capsules so trying the liquid form has been a nice change. Since I am already using magnesium I cannot say I have felt any benefits, but I do like the convenience of a liquid form.

No issue what so ever.Cons: I wish they reduce the amount of Calcium carbonate from 200mg to 100mg. Calcium competes with Magnesium for intestinal absorption and transport. It is only recommended to have trace amounts of calcium - so 200mg sounds a bit much.Overall it is still a very good and potent Magnesium combo, very much recommend.
