MEIKE MK-A9 Pro Battery Grip for Sony A9 A7R III with Built-in 2.4G Remote Controller Up to 100M to Control Vertical-Shooting Function with PERGEAR Cleaning Cloth

Works fine on my a9 and a7R III. I generally don't use the battery grip, as it offsets the small size of these Sony full-frame cameras. But it comes in really handy when shooting day-long events, because I can use two of the NP-FZ100 batteries for double the life. The radio remote works well, but if you don't use it often you'll find yourself forgetting how to program it and go hunting for the instructions.

Fit and finish were almost perfect. Function was as expected. Inserting battery 2 requires you to “cuss” at it, but once in place works as expected. Can’t imagine how the Sony product could be 3 times better?

I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this as it's a couple $100 cheaper then the actual Sony model. Having both this and the Sony model, the MEIKE grip performs exactly the same as the Sony one. I actually prefer the feel of the MEIKE one over the Sony model. Fitment isn't totally perfect, I can see some space between the camera body and grip on my A7R3 and A9 but it feels solid and to be honest I would of never noticed it if I wans't purposely looking for a flaw. The battery tray feels like extra cheap plastic. The buttons seem great and have a nice click to them which I prefer over my Sony grip. I'm happy with this purchase and I honestly would have a hard time recommending the Sony model.

Works great with my A7iii. Haven't encountered any issues with it yet, except that there's a tiny gap between the grip and the cameras base even after you fasten it on. It's barely noticeable though, doesn't bother me much.Ergos are massively improved with this grip. My pinky no longer slides off the bottom of the camera, and shooting in portrait is way more comfortable now that I don't need to turn my wrist sideways to access shutter button, dials, custom buttons and joystick. Easily my favourite thing about this grip. Love those extra controls ♥️It does add considerable bulk, but that's just how it goes with these kinds of setups. Battery works fine inside the grip.Haven't tried the remote yet.Overall, very happy with this purchase. Good, low cost alternative to Sony's grip.

Works well! Nothing is wrong with it, does what it’s supposed to. The fact that it lacks some buttons that are found on the camera makes it hard to work with, as sony is rather customizable. A record button is also absent for obvious reasons, tho l like to make Instagram videos so this is unfortunate for myself. All in all, l’d recommend this product, it definitely beats the Sony version for the price.

This grip is top quality, it works right out of the box as it should. Solid construction and perfect fit to the A7 III. No issues with functionality so regardless of the lack of A7 III in the seller item title, item description, even the package it came in - it worked for me. I love this grip.

I'm having trouble getting the remote to connect but other than that the battery grip has been a life saver and way cheaper than the sony counter part.

The battery grip is as good as the original accessories. The batteries are great but not as durable as the original batteries but considering the price its still a great great deal.

It does its job. Works really well. No complains! I do not regret at all my purchase
