Great laptop stand
I really like this stand, it has excellent height adjustment and is very sturdy. The 'phone holder' is useless I feel, as it positions near the back of the stand and where I have my laptop means I get no use out of the phone holder. The fans do a decent job, knocking anywhere from around 3-6 degrees (celcius) off the cpu temps while gaming AAA titles, however they are fairly loud, though I game with headphones therefore don't notice the volume.

Happy with my purchase and it actually works 😊
My work Microsoft surface laptop Go2 no longer goes into jet engine mode and you can see from the thermal images attached it actually keeps my laptop much cooler with all fans spinning and is barely audible only 32 decibels

Stops my laptop from crashing due to heat, but my laptop still feels extremely warm to touch.
Laptop is still quite hot to touch, however it has not crashed the last couple of days due to heat.

Cooling and Colourful.
Brought this for my son as he had a new laptop and wanted to do his home learning. His old laptop used to get very warm so we felt this would help.Have brought Trust Gaming products before a d my son loves the neon colours. This cooling matt did not disappoint. Very quiet when in use and has the ability to turn off different numbers of fans. Not sure how effective would be on powerfull gaming laptops but for shorter periods of time definately helps with my sons school work.

Cool and fresh
this is a very quiet and cool laptop cooler, I gave a Nitro 7 gaming laptop and it was running hot so I ordered a cooler for it but it never got here so I done it again and still no delivery at this point I ordered this one just until I get the other thing,,,, BUT WOW I AM NOT SURE HOW BUT THIS IS COOL , yes I don't think I need the more expensive one with its clock and six fans,4 fans are just right..

Didn't reduce laptop temperatures.
I purchased this to try and keep my high end laptop running a bit cooler when under load, but the temperatures didn't decrease at all while using the stand. In fact, the max temperature reached was actually slightly higher than before. The fan RPM is disappointing, with only the slightest breeze felt when putting your hand in front of it.All the 5 star reviews I can see received their product for free. I think this is very telling.Additionally, this stand is about twice the price of other options. I chose it thinking it would perform better, but it still feels fairly cheap overall and the performance was very poor. You're probably better buying a cheaper one and seeing if it will work for your setup.I'll be returning mine.

Good - but don't use with a laptop bigger than 15.6"
Bought this to replace a generic cooler which made lots of noise. This one is nice and quiet, my laptop sits at a good angle and it seems to do a good job at cooling as the laptop's fan is noticeably quieter when gaming. My laptop has a 15.6" display and slim screen bezels (making it narrower than most laptops with the same screen size) and it is wider than the stand, so I would definitely not recommend this product for a 17.3" laptop.
