MAG 322 Faster Than MAG 254 New and Improved HDMI + WiFi + IPTV Service

The mac address that was listed on the setup booklet was different than the device. This caused a technical issue in the activation of service. Once this was discovered, everything worked well. Make sure your internet service is setup in the network setup and is fast enough or it will buffer. The program and hd quality is superb. The customer service telephone number to the supplier don't work, use the email service through amazon.

This is better than cable and cheaper. Excellent quality and programs.

Do not go with this subscription service!! I bought 1 year sub with the box. Was very responsive at first. Worked for 2 months and then the box stopped working. Tried to contact the rep numourous times and got no reply. Poor and unreliable service.

Price was very attractive, but I expected to get detailed instructions from the seller as to 'How to install the service on to my viewing device"; all I got was an address to load into portal of my device. May be it is what I should have expected, but it is not enough for a person who is not that tech savy.

product is very good and everything promised. I had a little problem setting up but customer service helped me resolved problem quickly and easily. thanks for a great product

the wifi doesn't work
