I used this to reattach both the screen and its surrounding plastic bezel thingy on a Moto Z4. The replacement battery kit I bought came with some double sided sticky strips which absolutely were not cutting the mustard, plus there weren't enough of them to go all the way around both sides of the screen itself AND the bezel, and they weren't shaped correctly to go around all the little nubs and notches and greebles around the sensors and cameras anyways.So I bought a two pack of this stuff not quite knowing what to expect. Damned if it didn't do the trick.The adhesive is thinner and runnier than you might expect, but it's pretty easy to control coming out of the nozzle once you get the hang of it, provided your workpiece is flat and you can keep it level. It doesn't seem to tack up very quickly so you can take your time applying it just right all the way around the edge of the phone screen or whatever you're gluing together. Before it fully dries it seems fairly easy to clean up any overapplication with isopropyl alcohol. I don't know if that's the "correct" solvent to use but it seemed to work in my case. I hardly wound up having to use any of just one of the tubes, so now I guess I have a lifetime supply. I'm sure you could think of tons of things you might need glued together with extreme authority at some point, so there are worse problems to have than having too much left left over.I clamped my phone together via the highly technical expedient of just parking a bunch of books on top of it overnight. After 12 hours or so, the screen and its bezel appear to be just as firmly bonded together as they were from the factory. I don't have any complaints to report there. I have no idea if it will be just as easy to break the adhesive as the factory stuff, but hopefully I'll never have to find out. I have not yet been brave enough to throw my phone in the sink and see if the factory waterproofing was completely compromised; I would not be at all surprised if it were.This stuff comes out of the tube jet black and stays that way once its dried. So the description says it's useful for "arts and crafts" as well as phone repair, but I would say that's only so if you can glue whatever-it-is together such that you won't see the glue joint, or if the objects you're gluing together are already black to begin with.

Great glue easy on and protection for our phones. I hate the prospect of having to get new mobile phones every couple of years. So I replaced the battery and used this for sealing the back to phone hopefully will keep dirt out and I can use my phone for a couple more years.

I've never replaced a battery in the newer model phones. Upon researching which adhesive to use to reapply the back of the phone I came across this stuff. This stuff is great the tip comes with a very precision tip so one can apply the glue well and not worry about accidentally getting glue all over the place. It haedens and cures in a pretty reasonable time so there's not much down time in uses such as I had. I simply taped around the edges of the phone to hold it in place while drying and put the case back on to help hold it in place. I also put something flat on the back with a little weight and let it sit over night. There was a little glue that oozed out but it cleaned up easy with a towel and rubbing alcohol. The two tubes are far more than I needed I barely used much out of one. I'm positive I will find more uses for this stuff. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Used this product to fasten a new cell phone screen to the original display screen frame. Very easy to use with the attached small applicator nozzle.

Do not skip this step. Seal and glue after repair.You may be tempted to skip the gluing thinking there's a remnant adhereness after opening the back anyway. But functionality wise, that's not enough. Don't fall into my mistake. Water, even humidity can seep inside causing catastrophic damage. Buy this appropriate quality glue for hold and sealing.

So great for replacing a cell phone screen. Now that I learned how to do this, I will never replace another cell phone that works well just because the screen cracked!
