I bought these to see if I like the pads more than wet/dry sanding paper. These are decent but I wouldn’t go as far as saying “they’re great” but you get what you pay for. I’ll be able to get a few game calls out of these before I’ll have to replace them and now I know I like the sanding pads and will buy quality ones next time. The price is right for what they are.

I love these.I use them to work on 1911 pews and others.if you wanna reshape plastic components, you can bring back the shine so it looks factory.And on stainless steel,it’s great to remove scratches on frames and slides.I use a scotchbright pad first,then go over it with the micromesh .This keeps the brushed stainless look, but feels super smooth.And you can achieve a mirror polish if you want to.I have done that on some pieces

The real deal
I had a set that I got years of use from. Replaced it with a cheapo set and immediately regretted it. These are miles better, so I bought another set. The best!

Basically work, but fall apart when wet sanding
These are pretty much as described, but two issues:1. I had a set of micro mesh pads from another vendor that I used while wet sanding, and that's why I got these. Those old ones finally wore out. These lost the adhesive when I tried to do that.2. They smell like they were assembled in a factory by a chain smoker. The stench from them when I took them out of the bag was awful.
