Great egg substitute vegan recipes
I first found out about this book because I stayed at the author's bed and breakfast in Delaware. Which is amazing and every vegan should go to if possible. So I first sampled these recipes prepared by the author herself! They were all outstanding. And every morning there was a three-course breakfast. So I couldn't wait to try the recipes from her book.Michele really came up with a great idea of centering a book on vegan recipes with different ways to substitute eggs. There are so many vegan recipe books out there now. So the egg substitute theme makes this book unique. Some of my favorites so far: vegan deviled eggs, lemony chia pudding, breakfast parfait, and tempeh benedict florentine. And there's also a chapter for dishes that go well with vegan egg dishes such as vegan ways to make bacon, sausage, ham, hashbrowns, toast, grits and scones.I like that the book is hardcover and easy to navigate. Each page comes with the essential elements with ingredients, instructions, and a brief introduction. There's something succinct but thoughtful in the layout of the book. And the recipes are great for breakfasts, snacks, and food for parties and get togethers. So vegans, I'd say add this book to your essential collection of vegan recipe books.

Friendly, fun to read, and easy to make recipes
This cookbook has the things I am looking for: pictures of the dishes, background on the author and why she wrote the book, and amazing easy-to-follow recipes that come out so well. Beginner cooks will learn a lot of techniques they can continue to apply in their own free range cooking. Michele's sweetness and friendliness come through. I hope she writes more. The artwork and design were very attractive too. This affordable cookbook will help you make compassionate dishes that will please everyone.
