great class storage jars with tight lids . Really heavy and great quality . I bought for freezing soups but I use them for everything. Dishwasher safe too

I wanted some containers for batch cooking that weren't plastic, (bottom part is glass, lids are plastic) and these are perfect! They have a good capacity, the glass is nice and thick, and the lids fit well. You can stack them when full with lids on and they stack inside each other when storing. They were a good price for four containers and the lids have a little vent which is a bonus. I haven't put them in the freezer or used them in the microwave yet because I purchased them for storage in the fridge, and for that they are perfect. I don't intend on carrying them around at all so not sure how they would hold being jostled around in a bag, but for my purposes they are leak proof.

Solid - seem to handle heat in microwave. Lids ultar secure. Love em.

Great meal sized microwaveable food containers. I'm a big guy, and this container will hold a meal size portion of, soup, stew, salad, pasta, etc. Love that it fits nicely in my lunch bucket and can transfer easily to the microwave.I have also used them for leftovers, precut fruits and veggies, and meal preps to go.

My absolute favorite storage container. It really seals in the food, super sturdy, dishwasher safe. Just absolutely love them. I am going to see if they make it in other shapes, but seriously try these. But be careful, I did drop one and it does shatter.

I do like these plus the white/clear lids. Very nice for kitchen storage or refrigerator storage.

They're fantastic!We typically cook rice and other grains with Kosher brands of beef and chicken broth, generally not avaiable on Amazon. That means we have to buy it at our local Kroger affiliate. The problem is a recent price increase exceeding 20 %. One brand came in 32 ounce shelf stable boxes, priced at $6 per box, whiich was more than we could use at a single time. The other brand came in 16 ounce shelf stable boxes, which was barely enough, priced at $5 per box. We simply couldn't afford it.Kosher beef knuckle bones are priced at $3.99 per pound, and chicken bones are $1.99 per pound. A package of 3 beef knuckle bones cost us a little over $8. Add approximately $2 for celery ( you use the bottoms), large cooking carrots, and an onion, and we made 12 cups (6 pints) of beef broth for $12, or $2 per pint at very significant savings.So, here is where the 3 1/2 cup glass storage containers come into play.1- They are exactly the right size for our needs.2- They are durable, easy to clean, etc. All of the things that I am expected to comment about, are there.3- We were also able to freeze 3 additional containers of beef broth for later use.So, what's not to like!
