Matcha is so good for you, but taste is sometimes not the best. This brand mixes well in hot water, then I add some cream, honey and then whip it. Yummy

Its ok as far a Matcha goes. The description states Ceremonial Grade. No where on the package does it indicate "Ceremonial Grade"! It does so "Latte Grade". So its more bitter than ceremonial grade. So being over charged for a lessor grade is not cool.

I don't have much experience with matcha. I have made it a few times using other brands. I mixed 1 tsp powder to 2 TB water (I forgot to sift it) with a whisk. I used the frother from my espresso machine to heat & froth some milk. I mixed the sugar with the milk and added the matcha. It did not have a bitter taste like a couple of others I tried. It tasted good enough to make again!

This is a plain matcha but is not bitter. It mixes well. I use it in my green drink and shake it up in my bottle with cool water. Mixes fine and adds another level of nutrition to my morning power drink. High quality with wonderful green color.

Contrary to the listing title, this matcha is NOT ceremonial grade. You have to read quite far down in the description to discover this. The color and taste are not on par with a ceremonial grade matcha.

I have made several cups of matcha with this powder now and it's been great!Love that it's organic, too.
