For £399 its more than anyone could ask for. Scooter has its minor flaws, but overall XTS is sturdy and reliable. I am commuting 14km to work&home and its been nothing but a pleasure to ride it, been a month since I used my car, one month later I am still having lots of fun with it. One flaw I’d like to point out is an app, not that I am using it often but its a real pain to connect it via Bluetooth and amount of options there are very limited.Suspension is not the top tier, but it definitely works and makes whole ride smooth and enjoyable.If youre looking for daily commuter at affordable price - theres nothing better on a market in my opinion, Apachie XTS editiob is worth every penny.Also would like to add that customer service is second to none, Dan is always replying within 24h, very polite and always helpfulP.S. Trick for those seeking to unleash full ”potential” of this scooter - squeeze the break and quickly hit the throttle 5-6 times until u hear 2 beeps.Eric

I was unsure about buying this, it's a lot of money to me and there wasn't too many reviews so I was wary. It arrived sooner than expected. Took like 10 minutes to set up and put on charge. It is comfortable and gets to speed quite quickly.The only criticism I have: The app cannot be downloaded on recent versions of Android so any benefits that come with having the app, I don't get.Other than that one issue though... So far... Brilliant.

These are amazing things. But I was very ignorant about the laws of this money grabbing government and local councils. But if your thinking of buying one this company who sells them is also amazing reply to messages very very quickly. And very helpful indeed. Recommend this company very highly.

Had a split in the inner tube took over 5 days to get it fixedIn the end just ordered a new hard tyre which is tubeless

I like the way the scooter looks and quality is great and it having indicators is a bonus.I cant say much more.Should of found out that in this country (uk)We are screwed really cos its illegal to do anything on the scooter. So the fun is out the window.But if you've got lots of private land get this.

Couldn’t be more happy with my new scooter, great looking model and feels very well built. Front and rear suspension are a nice touch. Love the look of the display much more advanced than some of these other models. Was very easy to set up and use highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase an e-scooter
