I recently got a bottle of Ceylon Cinnamon that was a combination of both extract and of bark. This one apparently is all bark (I guess you could say "and no bite" since you swallow them). All fun aside, Ceylon Cinnamon is known as true Cinnamon as while the spice was transplanted and grown in other countries, it is not as good for you as the Ceylon original. While I like things made in the USA, Cinnamon is something not grown here to my knowledge. It is distributed and likely packaged by a California company Herbal Roots, known for providing high quality herbs and supplements. They are non-GMO, vegan and natural. There are no additives or fillers or binders. While the capsule containers are made of something, I won't comment on that as it's no different than any other dissolving capsule used with supplements. Recommended.

I like the supplement - the pills themselves are listed with no additives and as from an organic source. Am taking the seller's claim at face value.Arrived with safety packaging in place. So no concerns on packaging or pills themselves.I don't have a way to measure the purity of the product but the smell indicates it's real cinammon. My hopes for third party testing of every supplement still haven't been realized.I am using cinammon primarily to blunt occasional expected blood sugar spikes (i.e. periodic overindulgence). BUt also for potential other benefits.Please do your research on benefits and potential side effects of high doses. And consider your supplement stack overall to ensure it's in balance.

Great Organic Cinnamon supplement, you can tell quickly its of high quality by the darkest of the Ceylon Cinnamon which is from Sri Lanka.This Ceylon is Non-GMO, has No Fillers , No Additives, and plants based. Another positive is that it’sUSDA Certified organic and has 475mg per capsule. I love the cinnamon scent and flavor in these organic Ceylon cinnamon capsules. They're easy to swallow, too.

I am impressed with what I have read about Herbal Roots products. Ceylon cinnamon contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I am thankful that these cinnamon capsules are USDA Certified organic. Many supplements claim to be organic, but they do not have the USDA Certified seal. These capsules are also manufactured in a cGMP facility and they are third party tested. I am taking them for the health benefits, but time will tell. I have not had any negative side effects from the capsules. I am pleased with this product. You should check with your health care professional before starting a new supplement.

I've started taking these for my blood sugar. There is some research that shows it can be helpful. I like that it's organic and is sourced from Sri Lanka, where supposedly the best cinnamon originates. While results vary from person to person, I'm hopeful that this will work for me.

I’ve been using this brands garlic for months and have never been disappointed!! Such a quality company & I have no doubt the cinnamon will be the same!! Came securely sealed and always in a glass bottle. Definitely recommended
