Wesley and Mackenzie
***happy sigh***I loved Mac and Wesley but I love everything written by ARR! She knows what her readers want and delivers EVERY time!I read to escape the real world, to get many moments of beautiful, funny, sexy, and sweet. ARR never fails to give us an amazing story vacation.Wesley and Mackenzie meet at a bar after Mac gets stood up and Wesley just needs a beer after a tough day. They start as a hot one night stand. Mac is hesitant to think more could come of it and sneaks out the next morning. But, fate takes hold of their future for them when they meet by chance a few days later and realize that Macâs sister and Wesleyâs NYPD partner on the force are a couple.I loved Wesley! He was fierce and determined to win this woman he wants so much.âThereâs something vulnerable about her, and that vulnerability calls to the protector in me.âI loved their intensity. I loved their need to go at their pace and do what they wanted despite not taking a traditional route.I really love this series! I love the family and the Reed sisters are funny, strong heroines!Bring on Libby and Antonio! Swoon!

Aurora Rose Reynolds has done it again with another glorious romance read #STARS
WOW, Aurora Rose Reynolds has done it again with another glorious romance read!!! Stumbling into love is the second book in this series and I enjoyed this book just as much as I enjoyed the 1st book in the series, if not more. Mackenzie and Wesley make the perfect couple together and their connection was just perfect, their chemistry was sizzling. Wesley is the perfect Alpha male that we are used to from Aurora Rose Reynolds, with that instant Alpha staking of claim on the women they fall for. MacKenzie is still the same independent, sassy, humorous gal she was that I liked from book 1 which carries into book 2. Wesley is the right hero for her in this book. Their chemistry is so hot and sizzling. Wesley is one HOT Alpha..he is also kind, sexy and strong willed.Mackenzie was stood up for a date and she knew she should have just stayed home in her sweats but instead came out, now look what happened to her. Suddenly this sexy man strikes up a conversation and next thing she knows, she goes home with him and has a night of hot sex, before running away before he wakes. Wesley knows that one night with Mac will never be enough, and when he sees her again he proves it with another blisteringly hot encounter but Mac run-again. The next time they unexpectedly see each other, Mac is determined to not let her get away from him again. We already got a glimpse of this couple in Running into Love-- It later turns out that Wesley is working with her sister's boyfriend as a detective for the NYPD. Trying to avoid him is an empty venture. They fight bicker and banter, get up to all kinds of deliciously naughty shenanigans and learn to love each other, against all odds. I loved the ending and how everything was wrapped up with a sweet epilogue. Now I wonder what will happen in Libbyâs story. That has my curiosity all aflutter since I know she is going to be all sassy and feisty. My Rating: 4.7 stars *****âI received an advanced copy of this book from the author at no cost to me."

Cute
Next up in this series is the story of Wesley and Mackenzie. He's the partner of Levi and she's the sister of Fawn, the couple from book one. But neither knew their connection when they initially hooked up, so it makes that moment quite entertaining. Mac's a runner when it comes to confrontation, but Wes isn't scared of chasing the girl that makes him feel something different. These two are cute to watch, and make for some steamy scenes...holy handcuffs! Told in dual POV, Stumbling into Love was an entertaining read that showcased good chemistry and made for an enjoyable 4 star read with an HEA. You could get away with not reading book one, but I am a fan of reading connected stand alones within a series in order to enjoy the characters as I meet them.Audio reviewThe female narrator was still a little tough to handle and sounded like a cartoon at times, but the story was good enough to keep me interested.

A great feel good read
Mac is recovering from the loss of hope after learning the man sheâs best friends with and has had a huge crush on for two years is now engaged to another woman. When her blind date stands her up she meets Wesley. They hit it off and are soon enjoying a one night stand with Mac running out the next morning. She suffers from some insecurities and itâs better to cut and run than wait around until her sexy ONS realizes the woman he met the night before isnât the real Mackenzie.Wesley is immediately attracted to Mac but when she keeps running he canât help but wonder what it is about him that she doesnât like. Eventually he earns the chance to take things to the next level with her and he couldnât be happier. He just has to make her see that this is the real deal for him while making her fall in love with him along the way.I absolutely loved this couple. Their relationship was fun and easy but overshadowed with something from Wesleyâs past that he canât talk about. Initially, he worried that she would run again and yet it was his actions that pushed her away. This was one of those feel good reads that have just enough angst to keep the story going but not enough to make you want to throw your Kindle at the wall. It may sound like a lot of push and pull but it that was just a small part of the story. The secondary characters added dimension to the book and I loved that we not only got to see Fawn and Levi from book one of the Fluke My Life series, we got a tease of whatâs to come with Libby.I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an easy read between darker, heavier stories. If you enjoy your heroes all possessive alpha and protective as well, your heroines sweet but sassy and not a doormat without being harsh, this is the perfect book for you. This is an honest review of an advanced copy provided by NetGalley and Montlake.Dual POVSafe â no ow drama; her ex-crush/friend is still in the picture but causes no real dramaNo apparent triggers

Fab read.
This is the second book in the Fluke My Life series and I have really enjoyed them so far in fact I might have enjoyed this one more than the first. Each book so far has been about the Reed siblings and this one is about the oldest sister Mackenzie or Mac as everyone calls her. Sheâs the typical description of a tomboy, she would rather hang out with the guys catch a baseball game and get a beer than get dressed up and wear makeup. She has spent the past two years pining for the guy she considered a friend hoping he would notice her only to discover that he had a girlfriend, determined to get over him she accepts a date with the first guy that asks and after her younger sister dresses her up she is devastated to be stood up. But thatâs the night that she meets Wes their eyes catch across the room the minute he walks in and he makes a move pretty much straight away. Their chemistry is off the charts from the beginning and after they spend the night together Mac runs. Not believing that he would want the girl that she is most days wearing jeans and no makeup, but she could not be more wrong, Wes has her in his sights and he will find her, they are so much more than a one-time thing.Wes transferred to the NYPD to escape the past and a devastating incident that has left part of him broken. The night that he meets Mac he knows that she makes his world right again whether he deserves that or not. He is genuinely gutted when he wakes and finds her gone only to race to the subway to see her pulling away. He thought they shared something special. They do meet again when his new partner invites him over for thanksgiving dinner and it turns out she is the older sister of Fawn. Now he knows how to find her he is determined to chase her. She is just what he never knew he was looking for and she was made to complete him. Can convince her that they are meant to be? And will Mac stop running from the man that she wants? There are many twists and turns in their relationship and a few emotional moments but as with all Auroraâs Books the characters are well developed and the chemistry is off the charts. Great Book and canât wait for more.

Super fluffy, super cute and super hawt!
Holy hell, this book has set my heart on fire!!! It was super fluffy, super cute and super hawt!Stumbling into Love follows Mackenzie, Fawn's sister, and Wesley, Levi's partner. I was wondering about those two ever since that Thanksgiving dinner in Running into Love where it was obvious those two already knew each other. I was curious about how these two met and what has happened between them.It was actually really cute how these two met. Mackenzie has decided to go on a date after finally giving up on the guy she has had crush on for the last 2 years and the guy stood her up. Then in all his glory enters Wesley and the rest is history! Okay, that's not completely true... They have bit of back and forth going on but once they overcome their differences, then there's nothing that can keep them apart. I loved both of the main characters, but I especially loved Wesley. I love his dirty mouth, his ability to go after what he wants and his big penis (as Wesley kindly reminded us)!Fawn and Wesley, as well as the rest of Mackenzie's family, make an appearance, which of course brings in a lot of mischief. We are also introduced to Miss Ina, Mackenzie and Libby's eccentric neighbour, who is super awesome and I hope she will make an appearance in future books. I am also super excited to see how will things develop between Libby and Antonio. I can feel the tension burning incredibly hot between those two! This series is amazing if you're in mood for something quick, light and cheesy, and something not riddled with angst!

Absolutely loved it I couldn't put it down. I will say I didn't find it as funny as the first book but that didn't stop it being amazing I loved the relationship between Mac and Wesley you really do feel for them both. I love Mac's family they are really all loopy and I wish I had a neighbour like Mrs Ina. All I can say is bring on Libby's book I can't wait.
