The media could not be loaded. **Update to the below comment**Although this cat villa needs upgrade like better material or at least making sure the wood is topped with a very good coating and some other little fixes, the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! They took care of everything, did not leave a customer unhappy.This is insane! It’s basically rawWood!You do not wanna put your cats in there, especially this is clearly made more for a breeder, pets shouldn’t be kept in villas, this is good for stud or quarantine time. It won’t last you a week with a stud, forget about it! If a male pees anywhere on the wood you are done with, the wood isn’t lacquered and so it will go right in and you cannot get it out, the smell will stay forever, no accidents can happen, this will be trash so fast! I need it out of here and it’s huge! Took 2 days to make, I’m not about to take it apart which will take days and packaging it. That’s insane. I don’t know what they will do about it, but will update review when I hear from the company.Will add somethingThe flimsy wood is worpped and doesn’t open properly
