I agree with a reviewer that it's difficult to get out of the bottle but that's because it's luxuriantly thick. I stand the bottle upside down while I'm washing my hair so by the time I'm ready to use the conditioner I unscrew the top and it comes out easy so there's no need for vigorous shaking.
