I needed to perfect my macarons and this kit was exactly what I needed. The quality of the mats and bags are perfect; nice and thick. The mats are durable and macarons bakes perfectly. That bags are thick and stretchy and keeps their form. Bags and mats clean up easily and I completely love the slap bracelet-like gizmo for easy storage.

These baking mats and piping bag and tips worked well for making macarons. The only downside is that the mats are a little too large for a standard baking sheet—you a larger, wider baking sheet. I was able to peel off macaron shells off the mat easily and the markers worked well for the size. I ended up trimming one mat so it would better fit the pan.
