Owned this for one year now. It's used daily into the office but mainly I bought it for business travel because I hate taking two bags. It's done 8 flights to USA, 16 flights to Italy, 4 flights to Thailand plus who knows how many long distance train journeys and still looks good as new, no real signs of wear, with buckles, straps and zips all in good condition.It's takes a huge amount and even maxed out I've had no trouble getting it into overhead bins on KLM, BA, Virgin, United, Emirates, Easy Jet and Jet2. Although technically if you were maxed out it would probably be over the max depth on many airlines if they wanted to be funny, even though it fits in the onboard bins.Regularly use for 5 day / 4 night trips away and the most I've had in it was 2x trousers, 4xdress shirt, 4x t-shirt, 5xpants and socks, plus laptop, chargers, headphones, washbag. This is truly maxed out with tightly rolled clothing but gives an indication just how much it can take. As always the key to traveling light is only one pair of footwear, suitable for all occasions!Very comfortable in use, even with all that weight when maxed out, mainly due to padded straps and padded mesh back support. Can't say much about how water resistant it is but it's been in light showers without a problem. The usb plug outside has come in handy, you plug battery back in using built in cable and that stays in your bag, then plug usb cable into outside socket to your phone. Don't use it often but it works, good for charging on tube to/from airport etc.Overall if you're looking for one smart, robust excellent value bag that takes a work week full of stuff then this is the one.

I wanted a bag that would be able to carry A4 lever arch files, be comfortable and large enough to carry all my other detritus items I carry around. I needed it for uni, to hold study paraphernalia but also books, and research information.This bag is WONDERFUL. Oodles of room and sections. I have been able to put in a full lever arch file, a smaller folder, a multisection Pukka Pad, 3 litres of liquid; deodorant, sanitary pads, gum, keys, big-ass purse, sweets, crisps and coat - when the bag was on my back, it felt like it weighed nothing. The arm straps are wide, and can be a little in the way on a smaller body, but this is a negligible point and does not affect the overall quality of the item.My commute includes a 30 minute walk, since I purchased this bag I have not had one headache (literal). All the other bags I was trying would put so much pressure on my shoulders and neck that I was really struggling to even attend uni. The padding is great, the handle is great, there are all kinds of twiddly fiddly bits in and around the bag such as charger port, keyring thingies, and a hooky thing on the front. There is a band on the back of the bag which can secure around a handle of an upright suitcase or is perfect for folding a coat or jumper on. The bag is able to accommodate a lot of stuff, including a large laptop.This bag really is a great bit if kit. Buy it, you wont be sorry. If in the event you get one that has some manufacturing issue, return for an exchange: it will be worth it!

Only had this back pack a couple of days so far, so I cannot comment on it's longevity just yet. I am an engineer based in and around London, I carry with me a number of hand tools, a laptop and various connection cables, cable ties, connectors etc. A laptop and PSU, notepad, batteries, portable battery power units for charging phones on the go, a tablet, pens and pencils, an umbrella and jacket, a lunch box and water bottle and often many more things! This bag has so far handled it perfectly and incredibly comfortably also. I like the way the straps are designed, if I have the bag on just one shoulder then the weight of the bag is distributed such that it stays firmly on my shoulder without slipping down, however when both straps are on it feels snug and comfortable without dragging me back. I'd say I am constantly carrying around between 10 to 15KG of stuff, so this is a capable bag.Even though I am carrying a lot of stuff, the bag still has plenty room for more, so I know I could use it for longer trips if I like, short work trips away from home and still know I can manage fine. I haven't used the USB charging connection yet, however from the waterproof, downward facing design of the connector, it is obvious that thought has been put into its design, so I can assume the same thought has been put into designing the whole bag.I'd highly recommend this bag, and will be buying another when this one bites the dust,i f it ever does!

Very impressed with the quality and design of this rucksack. It's not as big as the pictures show it to be, a bit of bad photoshopping there. It has all the necessary pockets, has some nice features like a headphone cord hole and USB cable, but it lacks one major thing and is a complete oversight. As a traveling bag, there is no strap to hook onto your case over the handle. That seems to be the only flaw! Having said that, still a good quality item, with a reinforced handled as well.
