I use this when lying down and doing breathing exercises and find it to be most relaxing. I do suffer from dry eye, which is what prompted me to try a heated mask out, but I find the experience very pleasant.The mask is made of a pleasant fabric that feels nice against the face. It isn't huge, so if you have a very big face it might not fit, but for an average sized face it is totally fine.Operating it is really easy. I didn't even bother to read the instructions. You just press and hold the button to turn it on, and then keep pressing it to cycle through the three different heat settings, which range from a low of 113°F (the blue light), medium heat, which is 121°F (the green light), and the highest setting, which is 131°F (the red light). I tend to use it on either green or red and find it just right.There are four blue lights that show you how much charge is in it, which is good as it means you can clearly see when it needs charging.There is an automatic cut-off after 15 minutes, which is just right. I tend to use it for ten to fifteen minutes, but if I were doing a twenty-minute session, I am sure it would stay warm enough for five minutes after it has turned off.The battery is a 1500mAh lithium battery, which is charged using the USB-C cable. To charge it, you have to unzip it, and the bit that heats up comes out easily. Then plug it in and charge it.

Heated eye mask.This is different, I didn't know there was such a thing, so is it worth buying?I like:- The removable cover, which means you can wash it, however it would have been nice to have has a spare cover included.- The cover is well padded, making it comfortable to wear and it provides a total blackout. The strap is adjustable so the preasure/tightness of the mask can be tailored to your needs.- The controls are easy to use and provide a visual feedback, different colours different powers.-The smallness of the Lithium power pack and heating elements which are hardly noticeable and keep the mask light.Charging is easy, but you have to use the included USB lead, I did try others and it wouldn't work, also there are warnings in the instructions telling you only to use the included lead, so don't get the lead mixed up with other such leads. As the lead looks like any other white USB-A to USB-C, I'm going to wrap a piece of coloured tape around it to distinguish it.It just so happened that my wife had a headache over one eye, so she used the mask and found it did help her headache to go. The mask, heats up quickly but doesn't get too hot.So is it worth purchasing, well its early days, but yes it does seem to be quite functional, the alternative would probably be a hot flannel.

I chose this dark grey PJYU rechargeable heated eye mask as I get sore dry eyes and I will find this mask useful to help relax them.It arrives with charging wire and instructions., and can be stored away in the box it arrives in.The mask arrives with sufficient charge to test it. I find it easy to use - just press and hold the button to turn on and then press again to go through one of 4 settings - low, medium, high and off. It gives a gentle heat which increases over the settings; all are a comfortable temperature.The mild heat adds gentle warmth to soothe eyes. It turns off after 15 minutes. One full charge gives about 90 minutes, so you get about 6 uses from it before needing to re-charge.The material is fairly soft and it has an adjustable elastic strap. The outer mask is washable - simply unzip the zip across the top and remove the inner part before washing.
