I love the product however when I opened the box, it was chipped. This is supposed to be a Mother's day gift, however, I can't give it as a gift.

I loved how this looked online, but when it arrived, the teapot was broken and it is not eligible for a refund or return

I purchased this as a Mothers Day gift. Unfortunately it arrived broken. It is a beautiful cup and packaging.

The lid to the teacup is chipped, with a crack making its way all the way through to the opening at the top of the cup.

As I pulled the pretty interior box out from the shipping box, the lid opened underneath and the cup slid out chipping against the lid. I love everything about this gift, but it says it is not returnable or refundable. Both my daughter who bought it and I tried to address the problem. I don’t think that is acceptable in this day and age. The lid should have been secured with more than magnets, perhaps a ribbon too. I opened it at the top of the packaging box, with the gift receipts on top.

This item was so lovely, but the cup lid was broken when my mother-in-law opened the package. Very disappointed as it was a mother’s day gift.

This was a Mother’s Day gift and it was damaged when received.
