I love it! The brush is smaller than what I am used to but now that I have adjusted it’s great. I like that there are only two settings) and the ability to clean it in the case

I love my toothbrushes! My fiancé and I both have them and the charging case. The only thing I wish was updated was the case, I wish it charged without being plugged into the wall.... that would be extra rad.

The toothbrush worked fine for one trip. I maybe got the 40 brushes promised, thought it felt like fewer since I was on a 15 day trip, and it died on the last day, and I brush twice a day. After the first full charge, I was able to use the brush maybe 10 times before it stopped working all together, and wouldn't charge with the case or the base, even when those were fully charged. It's now the most expensive manual toothbrush I own, but because of the simplicity of the bristles and bristle had, it isn't even the best manual toothbrush I own. Wish I could get my money back. I also bought one for my husband who travels a lot. His lasted for a few more trips than mine, but now, less than a year later, neither one charges or turns on anymore. Not even the trouble shooting tips could help revive these toothbrushes.

This is hands-down the best toothbrush I've ever owned.Minimalistic, thoughtfully designed, and effective. It cleans your teeth very very well and the toothbrush itself is very clean. The water doesn't drip down and create a mess like other toothbrushes (oral-b).I tried a $50 Oral-B before this and had to throw it out because it was so messy and ineffective. No matter what you did, it would drip toothpaste-water down the side and dry ... gross.There's no need for 5 different settings like others have - the two are great. Battery life is amazing, as long as you wait until it needs to be recharged. If you constantly recharge the battery, it won't function as expected. This goes for many rechargeable devices, so no surprise there. After the first charge - it lasted past the 45 days described.Do yourself a favor and buy the SURI, you won't be disappointed.

Long lasting batteries, works great!

After going through several Sonicares that broke on me I decided to give this a try.I was used to Sonicare toothbrushes for years, so this took a little time to get used to but overall it feels as though it cleans just as good if not better than Sonicare. I will have to check with my dental hygienist to see what they think of the results but my teeth feel really clean.The battery lasts a long time, though I charge it every few weeks before a low battery notification comes on.It feels good in my hand. I like that they will repair it if it breaks.I like the magnet mirror mount too.

Love it. Light, quiet, fits well in my hand, and great battery life. My last electronic brush felt like brushing with a tank. This is smooth and gentle and I love using it. My hygienist has been so impressed with the results.

Update (2025): company reached out and replaced it again, free of charge but also refunded the initial cost. Appreciate the kindness and attempt to right the issues. So far the unit is working well but will see how it lasts. Adding stars for service and because it is a good item when it works.I wish I could talk well of this brush. I have oral issues so I depend on my brush to keep my health okay. Suri looks amazing, feels good in hand, and when it brushes it does great. Unfortunately, after a defective unit once and then now broken replacement I've realized this is just a glorified metal toothbrush. It stops working after a month or two and is no better than a 2$ brush you'll get from the local store. Save yourself the cash and get something else. This is NOT WORTH IT.and if you want to chance it, know that their customer service is poor at best. Weeks to get a replacement and lots of emails, all the while you'll be out the brush you depend on.
