Tajín Clásico Seasoning 2Pack (14 oz Each)

I’m very pleased with Tajin’s chili & lime spice. I got Tajin because if it’s wholesome ingredients: chili peppers, salt and dehydrated lime juice. There is also a bit of silicon dioxide which functions as a desiccant to help prevent clumping. I’d tried a similar product that was about 5 times more expensive I was looking for a more affordable option and tried Tajin. I’m very glad I did.This simple spice is very tasty sprinkled on fruit (I like a light sprinkle on granny smith apple slices!) BUT really shines for me used liberally on boneless country style pork ribs that I cook in my George Foreman grill. The secret for me is rub them with Tajin and let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes and the flavor goes right into the ribs. Then I put them on my really hot George Foreman grill to sear in the flavor. 5 minutes later: YUM! It’s also very good on salmon in moderation (don’t overwhelm the taste) and liberally applied to Chicken thighs and wings.This is not hot spicy to me. Maybe just a tiny bit, but just barely in my opinion. It is taste that is dominant, not heat. And that is my preference.Tajin has gotten me out of a food rut and excited about cooking again. That’s worth 5 start to me!

This spice is tasty and goes well with everything! Eggs, pineapple, watermelon, sliced fruit, grilled veggies, avocado, fish, chicken, beef, cheese, sandwiches, toast, cheese & crackers, literally any food that needs a tangy, umami, extra bit of flavor! It's not too hot or spicy. This spice makes food even more delicious!

This stuff is nuts. I love it. I thought I had every worthwhile spice in the universe, but this is something I will never go without again. And the price! Really????So much lime, spice, and great for a quick salsa, eggs, tacos, etc. Seriously, this stuff is a great buy if you like a ridiculous amount of flavor in your mouth. If you don't like a party on your palette, then skip it, potato.

I cannot get enough of this stuff! It makes whatever you put it on taste fabulous. I’ve used it on savory dishes and really enjoyed that but then you put it on fruit like watermelon or cantaloupe and it’s just a wonderful experience!

I love Tajin, it's great and it give that extra kick to soups, fruits and salads. Try mango, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and tajin. Loving it. I love it so much I bought one for work and one for home. this is second time I ordered but ordered more of it.

While i am embarrassed to admit i bought this to sprinkle on my peppers and cream cheese, my husband has now used it for everything from a simple chicken dish to him refusing to use anything else on his salmon.This product is delicious and VERSATILE!
