Pros: well made, 12ft reach is perfect for my solar panels. I can clean them safely on my 2nd story roof.Cons: 1) it's too well made, i.e. a bit heavy....a lighter gauge metal would be easieruse, especially horizontally.2) It says it's a 20ft in the main description, but then it says 12ft.They're assuming it will be used vertically by a 5ft person.I use it on my panels horizontally, so my height doesn't help.3) The squeegee should be wider, e.g. 12-18"But I gave it 5 stars anyway.

The media could not be loaded. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this actually works. I have a bigger window that I've always washed by hand but always had to get out a ladder since it was high off the ground. I was a bit skeptical that this would dry well without streaks by using the squeegee so I tried it on the inside first. I was impressed.The pole itself was heavier than I expected but not too heavy & is well built. The weight distributes really well & it helps to get the right amount of pressure needed to use the squeegee. Pole length is way longer than I'll ever need but if you have bigger windows high off the ground then I'd recommend this one. Or just take the top off the pole & use it for large doors, glass showers, big mirrors etc. I used it on our large glass entry door as well & it did an really good job in getting it nice & clean! Streak free & quick cleaning is always a plus with kids around & this does it!

I liked that is had a squeegee built in that works quite well. The cloth cleaner snaps on but it’s not super strong. I had it come loose a few times. I’m doing super light work with it I’m just cleaning solar panels basically using the morning dew to clean em and then squeegee. If I was using this for more serious cleaning that required more than a light scrub I would probably take away 1-2 more starts. It’s just not sturdy on there. But for my use ‘it’ll do”. Meh.

I am impressed With the quality of this pole. Excellent for reaching the inside roof of my porch and lanai. Adjustments in height and change of the “head” are excellent.

Very sturdy, given the long pole length. Bought to clean windows and half moon over a two story foyer, and I was able to reach the top even without a ladder. It was easy to use, and did a great job

UPDATE: Telespro did contact me after my initial review posted. Excellent customer service, they offered me a refund or replacement parts, and even followed up to make sure I was now satisfied. I will say that I have not yet been able to give the new squeegee blades a proper try since it is winter. I tried it on a few windows inside and it seems to connect better with the glass. Spring cleaning will tell for sure.The rest of the product seems great - easy to adjust, other cleaning heads are good. But without a usable squeegee it defeats the purpose. After a lengthy chat with Amazon, I was given an email address for Telespro, but my message was undeliverable.I hope Telespro will see this and send me new rubber blades. If I can get good blades, I'm sure my review will be 5 stars.

I really liked many things about this window cleaning tool. It’s long enough to reach my clerestory windows located 20’ above my living room floor. Those windows were extremely filthy, having been exposed to desert dust storms and several interior renovations. The pole is heavy, but a small senior woman like me had no problem in handling it and the scrubber, squeegee and drying pads worked very well. Unfortunately, there was one major flaw. Where the tool head does pivot from side to side so corners cleaned up well, the head does not tilt up and down. Without that feature, the tool could not reach the lower couple of inches of the window because the window frame blocked that angle. A simple tilting mechanism, similar to the pivot, would earn the tool 5 stars. Without it, my windows are noticeably only half clean. If your windows are not recessed and totally flush with the wall, then this is the product for you.
