I don't understand why the teabags came loose out of the box? I had to actually put the box together, with tape. That was a little annoying, but other than that - it was as expected as a twinings product could be. An interesting and relaxing taste. You need to like coconut if you purchase this flavour.

Bought for my sister, she didn’t like the flavour (she loves chocolate and coconut- but not tea so understandable). However, bought from a recommendation from a friend who liked the flavour so works on personal preference.
