Love this EMS Hip Trainer. It fits my small hips and can be targeted anyhere on the glutes. The settings go up very high and are quite intense. It's super easy to use and shuts off by itself when the session is complete. I can tell from the month of using it that my glutes are more firm. I'm not sure what other devies like this cost but this is definitely worth the money.

I swear that I'm not being paid in anyway to leave this review. That's the first thing I always think when I read other raving reviews of products. I'm very skeptical and normally I don't purchase products that seem gimmicky like this one but I decided to give it a try out of curiosity. This thing is amazing. I use it every day, not just on my glutes but also on my abs. I've used it on my Quads as well but it does such a good job on my Quads that it's too much. It makes them look over developed after one session. I finally have a strong core and abs because of this device. It makes my glutes sore for 2 days after as if I worked out at the gym. My boyfriend said my butt was "meatier" in a good way after I used this for the first week, and he doesn't know anything about it. After your first session you will be shocked at the noticeable pump you will see. I see this thing as my secret weapon. The only bad thing about it is that I haven't been going to the gym so my other muscles aren't getting enough work lately.Always use a water based gel or water on the pads or its really uncomfortable. Sometimes it glitches out and changes intensity for no reason which can be alarming. I have to charge mine pretty often.It's totally worth it. I'm so glad I bought it.
