This wok has been a pleasure to use. Evenly distributes heat through the pan. Nice high walls so oil splash is minimal. Especially with the lid (which fits and works great).It seems almost impossible to have anything stick to it so far. Eggs, meats etc, all cook to it fine (even with no butter/oil). Highly recommend should you be in need of a new wok/deep walled frying pan.

This is a superb lightweight sauté pan which is perfect for even heat distribution on a gas hob. I've been looking for a suitable deep pan for a while as I often make hob casseroles, soups and stews, and find that food tends to stick and burn with my flat bottomed pan. It's ideal for browning meat and sautéing vegetables whilst cutting down on the need for lots of oil. This pan fits over the gas grate perfectly and due to it's curved shape the heat gets to all of the food being cooked rather than being overheated by the flame just in the centre.It's very well constructed with a good fitting metal handle. It feels solid and strong. The lid is an absolutely perfect tight fit. The best I've ever had on a pan. I am impressed with the overall quality and materials. There's no plastic on this pan, which should guarantee it's durability for years to come. The non stick coating is excellent. It also makes the pan really easy to clean. There will be a lot of different kinds of meals cooked in this pan in future. The pan is exactly what I was hoping for and I am so pleased that I chose to order this one.

This pan is of a nice size (26*7cm) with non-stick coating (I suspect it's teflon - couldn't find mention of the material type) with glass lid. It's very easy to clean and wash with metal handles (which don't heat up during cooking by the way), which I prefer due to oils usually seeping in plastic parts making the cleaning process almost impossible after a period of time. Dishwasher safe it can be used with induction hob, but carefully as the bottom of the pan is beveled aluminum and you can accidentally scratch the surface of your hob if it's glass one - I almost did. This pan (according to the box) can be used with electric, ceramic and halogen hobs and in the oven (the pan itself, I don't think the lid can be safely used too) -230 degree tops. It is a lightweight pan - about 780 grams (about 1430 with the lid).

An extremely versatile deep frying pan with a lid. The pan is lightweight being made from aluminium. Its well made with a well fitting vented lid.As a frying pan, I make a mean souffle omelette and the pan is just the right size for two eggs. The lid traps some of the heat to partially cook the omelette top.As the pan is so deep, its very useful for all kinds of cooking, its a real all-rounder. The only slightly minor comment is that its lightweight aluminium and it will (has) dent if dropped. But, that is true of any pan like this.I like this. Recommended.

This 26cm pan with lid is ideal. It is a very deep pan so very versatile in what can be cooked in it. It has an all metal handle so can also be put into the oven. I use silicone cookware so have not had any issues with it being scratched, and handwash my dishes so cannot comment on durability in a dishwasher. I am very happy with this pan and lid, and would be happy to recommend it .

Hawthyhome Deep Frying 26cm Nonstick Frying Pan.This is a very well made solid aluminium non stick frying pan with a surprisingly good weight and decent thickness of materials used.It's 26cm wide but very deep compared to a traditional frying pan (7cm) with almost a saucepan look as it's not as sloped inside as you'd expect with a frying pan.The inside is well coated with a good non stick material and the underside is constructed nice and flat with a design to help with heat conduction.The handle is all metal so this can be placed directly in the oven if making dishes that require it. Too many good pans come with plastic handles, so this is a real bonus.It has a sturdy glass lid with a metal rim, metal handle and a steam vent that fits the pan very snugly.It really looks and feels like a quality pan and should last many years if you take care of it, like with any pans with non stick abilities, treat them with care.The added depth of this pan opens up many extra menu possibilities over traditional style frying pans.It came packed in a branded box so would be ideal for gifting.A quality item.

At 26cm this frying pan is a great size and I like how it has high sides, so I can cook a variety of different dinners in it and not worry about the food going over the sides while I am stirring.It is easy to clean in hot soapy water and the non stick looks good quality. I would season it and hand wash to prolong the life of the pan.I use it on our gas hob without any problems and because of the metal handle it can go in the oven too.The fact it also has a clear lid is a bonus, as I didn't have to keep lifting it to check on the food.Great value, I would recommend as I am using it all the time now.

I was really pleased by the size and shape of this frying pan. It's not so big that it won't fit in my cupboard but big and deep enough that you can cook something saucy in it without it sloshing out the sides. It also has a lid should you need to cover food while it is simmeringThe pan has a good non stick coating and is really easy to clean.It worked well on my induction hob.My only small niggle with this pan is that I don't think the base is completely flat. When I put the oil in it all went to the edge of the pan, so I think the middle has a curve to it. However, this didn't seem to prevent the food cooking evenly.
