Good product, very helpful seller

The phone was in brand new condition. Incredible value for money considering it has 256Gb memory too ! Way cheaper than what a lot of high street outets were offering. If I was to be critical it would be that the battery seems to drain quicker than expected. Even though it has a 100% battery performance it doesn't seem to hold the power to great. Otherwise, very happy!

Looks good as new when u receive it but after only 4 short weeks the battery starts to go down quickly ive been charging it now like 5 times a day it going down that quick like 10 minutes on it and the battery starts on 100% but goes down to 20% not worth the buy for the money if you ask me

Delivery was super fast ..well packed ...arrived 3 days early .. very pleased with iPhone ... no scratches no marks ... works perfectly well .. came with charging lead and plug , wee pin thing to open sim card drawer... even got a free screen protector... thank you ....considering buying two more as they are really well priced ...

Phone came in good condition, no scratches that I can see. It came with 84% battery life which isn’t the greatest but it is a second hand phone.

Not sure what to expect from a second-hand phone but it is as good as new. I was also concerned about setting it up as I no longer have access to the email address associated with that account but it couldn't have been simpler, just hold it beside my old phone, wait a few minutes and that it was it completely set up. The face recognition is new to me but it works just great regardless of whether I have glasses on or not, and even with a towel on my wet hair! I do miss the home button as a means of switching between apps, choosing to leave some running in the background or not, but that's a very minor quibble, I'm very happy indeed. Second-hand is the way for me from now on!

I have used Amazon refurbished for three phones. The first two were the same quality rating as this order, the first phone is still going strong, the second due to me sadly died. The second was an iPhone X, which was almost like new, perfect and the reason why I chose another iPhone X to replace was I liked the phone, system, etc and as a phone it's a great one. However the seller had the current phone I use down as one of the best ratings. It came with cosmetic damage which at first I thought to be serious but had this double checked and it was just cosmetic which I could live with as the phone is refurbished. However the phone does not work as it should, the battery overheats (the old one after two years and a literally almost dead battery did that but not at the beginning when it was still in excellent condition), I have trouble making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls which has been very bad when having to receive calls from the hospital (it was so bad on one occasion I had to call the hospital from landline because after three attempts the nurse couldn't give me important test results). Quite frankly the seller misled the consumer and the product was advertised wrongly on rating. Be careful of seller.

Deze iphone zou ik niet aanraden hij is trager dan een budjet samsung telefoon. En zeer fragile na 1 week was het glas aan de achterkant al gebroken van een zeer kleine val.Er kwamen ook blinde vlekken op het scherm zowel rode vlekken als zwarte vlekken. Het internet houd hij niet goed aan ten opzichte van andere telefoons. Niet kopen zou ik zeggen!

Das gelieferte Handy hatte im Prinzip keine Gebrauchsspuren, funktionierte einwandfrei, hatte ein original Display und die Akku-Diagnose von 100%. Das war ein guter Deal, so muss das sein :)
