Nurse Mates - Womens - Harmony

I previously wore the Dove style and loved them. They lasted a couple years so I knew I wanted to stick with Nursemates brand. I have a wide foot and the wide width fits great. When I first slipped these on I was very skeptical about the aggressive arch. But even after the first day, it was comfortable and there wasn’t really any break in period needed. I am not a nurse, but I have a desk job where I still try to get 10,000 steps daily in these work shoes! They look great and are a solid shoe. I’m prone to plantar fasciitis if I don’t have good support and shoes are important to me.

I just started nursing school and these keep my feet feeling great all day. A bunch of my other classmates who are wearing Nikes to clinicals are constantly talking about how bad their heels and back hurt. I’m so glad I got these cause I have pre-existing back issues and these keep that pain at bay. I’m so glad I chose these shoes!

1st time buying shoes for nursing school and these shoes are great. They are very comfortable, don't put any pressure on my feet and are sturdy enough to support my very flat feet without causing any discomfort. I bought half a size larger than what I normally wear so it's not snug but still works perfectly. I can slip my feet in and out quickly and it stays put when I'm running. I will probably have to get another pair soon.

I was looking for professional, comfortable, non-athletic shoes that I could wear on a recent trip where I knew I would be doing a great deal of standing and walking. I have arthritis in my knees and tennis shoes just weren't cutting it for the pain or for the polished look I wanted. These shoes fit the bill beautifully. After several hours of the walking and standing, then unexpectedly walking several city blocks, my knees felt fine and my feet did not hurt. The only reason I did not give this five stars is because it feels like the medium width is a little snug and there is no ventilation. I wore trouser socks and was fine in a Virginia winter, but these may get toasty in warmer weather. I have since discovered Vionics for both more casual and dressier sandals with excellent support, but I would highly recommend these Nurse Mates for a professional, low-profile walking shoe. Once again, nurses have the answer to life's problems.

Omg I'm in luv , recieved @12:30 at work , put them on , just got home @ 8:22pm , my feet felt like I'm walking on cloud , work is standing on concrete ,& up & down steps , retired the sketchers 3 air walk , these are real leather , arch support , and firm rubber sole , ive done hair for 25 years , these are AMAZING!

I got these because they were recommended on a nursing blog. They started out with what one reviewer here described as an "aggressive arch" (funny term but it is kind of high). This arch mellowed out quickly and I am in love with these shoes. I like them so much that I wear them even when not doing my clinical. Great product and works as advertised.

They were advertised as skid resistant. Found out after I wore them they are not. Inside of shoe is skid resistant. Doesn't do me a whole lot of good on the inside on wet floors. Very didisappointed.

shoe fits very well and love the orthotics already in them, perfect! really helps straighten your posture and walking position. much less pain on my feet and back!! highly, highly recommend :)
