Great Product
I use the brushes to remove food caught between my teeth after eating. I've been using them for years, and was very happy to find them on Amazon.

The brush cover goes on the end to lengthen the handle.
The longer handle, made by adding the brush cover, helps handle the brush. For those of you who have had dental problems, the wide one seems to do a good job cleaning up between teeth and is almost as good as flossing. One can use it after meals, but it's really needed before bed and brushing. Walmart's Equate looks the same, but I found that brush cover doesn't fit the handle. :(
