These straw cups are of excellent quality. The colors are really pretty as well. We travel a lot with our toddler and this has really been helpful. I can pack smoothies or warm milk in it and use the thermos lid to keep them warm or cool. It is spill proof with the thermos lid. With the straw insert, the liquid is gonna spill if your toddler decides to shake it wildly or pull the straw out and then turn it upside down. It could have been prevented if the straw had a stopper. That is the only downside to this product. I am still giving 5 stars because I really love the product quality and design. I got silicone straws with stoppers from elk and friends and it works well with this product and makes it pretty spill proof as well. The cleaning is super easy compared to the weighted straw cups where you have to clean a 100 different parts. I wish I made the switch earlier.

They’re super cute, durable, and keep my kids drinks hot or cold for hours. The metal straw with the soft tip is such a nice touch, and I love that they come with extra lids for snacks and soups. Perfect for on-the-go, plus the stickers are a fun bonus! A total must-have for every mom who loves a stylish and practical cup.My only downfall is the lids did get scratched up with the top screw on container. See image for that. But they function well.

I’ve had these for a couple months now and love them!! They’re not only cute but also keep drinks/smoothies cold, and they are leak proof. My daughter loves to poor her smoothies out all over the floor so this cup has been a game changer! I just have to watch and make sure she doesn’t take the straw out. They are great for traveling, I love the extra lid in case I want to pack fruit in them and best of all, they are dishwasher safe!! Yayy Haha. Although they aren’t that hard to wash by hand either:) Really such great quality and I would definitely buy again.

One of the clear lids arrived scuffed.PROS:- Cute. Like the simple, single color design, instead of child patterns.- Love that it comes with different lid options.- Like that one of the lids is transparent.- Like that one lid option is a nice carry handle like the Yeti style.CONS:- Tested with water, and it dripped from the twisted, screw rim, as well as the "X" straw hole without a straw, and with the straw inserted.- We were looking for a silicon straw with a spill-proof valve. This does not have it. It's just a normal straw - which leaks when turned slightly past 90 degrees. Think of a kid taking this onto the couch, leaving it on the seat. If someone sits down, the cup's not falling the same as it would on a flat counter. You'll get wet.

Good product, bad quality control and customer service. I've been trying to replace a cup lid and only got their response once and never heard back.

I am not exaggerating when I say these are the best kids straw cups available! They are DURABLE!!! I have had mine for 2 years and they are in perfect condition and used daily with my 3 and 5 year olds. Often for us, my kids chew the soft silicone straws down long before the cup has needs replaced. But the beauty of this product is that you can replace the silicone straw covers as often as needed! And they sell packs of the silicone straw tips separately and in all the colors so you can purchase and replace as often as needed! They are not leak proof but definitely leak resistant. I love that they come with a thermos lid so you could pack cold fruit cups or hot soups in your child's lunch. I honestly could go on! Such an amazing kids product that lasts!

I bought 2 sets of these because I thought they were cute. The first set arrived and we were pretty thrilled by the looks. It did leak a bit but oh well. The second arrived and I had to return it because it was absolutely thrashed. It came in a clear ziploc style bag with the package inside.The box was destroyed and there was dirt and hair all over container and straw. It was also missing parts. It's obvious it fell and got damaged at some point and they still decided to deliver it.Within a month of using the ones we kept, issues have cropped up. The yellow silicon portion of the straw ripped and there is no replacement so that sucks. The pink one keeps locking up even though we don't tighten it too much. It's basically a test of strength every time we try to open it. Has definitely made us more reluctant to use them.Overall, cute idea...just needs better durability and execution.Update:Customer service got in touch with me to remedy Amazon’s mess. 10/10 for customer service. They sent new containers and also new silicon part of the straw. You can for sure see and feel the difference between the two straws. The new one is thicker and stiffer. We have used it a few times now and so far so good. Only issue that remains is the pink cup cap locking up whenever it is used but we get around that by using it for snacks rather or just putting it on very loosely.
