Deep Disappointment & Dissatisfaction
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with this laptop that I purchased few months ago. Initially, the laptop appeared to be working satisfactorily; however, my experience soon took a turn for the worse.Following an automatic installation of Windows 11 on the laptop, I was prompted to restart the system. Unfortunately, this led to a prolonged installation process of updates, during which I lost all of my vital data with no possibility of recovery.Upon seeking assistance from Amazon, I was informed that the laptop is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However, to my surprise, the manufacturer indicated that this particular laptop is not covered by their warranty.In my attempt to address the issue, I reached out to the seller via Amazon. Regrettably, the interactions with their staff proved to be unprofessional and lacking the necessary customer service etiquette.It has become apparent that the laptop is not capable to run Windows 11, and I would strongly advise against storing any crucial data on it due to its unreliable performance.After enduring the loss of essential data and enduring a substandard experience with the seller, I remain hopeful that Amazon will play a pivotal role in resolving this matter swiftly and satisfactorily.I kindly request an urgent intervention to address the issues outlined above and to provide a resolution that aligns with consumer rights and expectations.
