This tumbler has increased my water intake 100%. It holds ice so well, I fill it up with “nugget” ice at work before leaving at the end of the day. When I wake up the next morning, it still has over half the ice (11+ hours). The color is absolutely beautiful and screams aesthetic. I bought a little silicone boot for the bottom to prevent chipping the coating , I would recommend you do the same. It fits perfectly in my little car’s cup holders. The silicone straw was a must for me as, not sure about you guys, but I don’t look half the time when grabbing a cup for a drink and about knock my teeth out with normal straws. Also, the straw comes apart so it’s super easy to clean. The handle is comfortable to hold and feels sturdy. I’ve had this cup fall over a few times but the leakage is minimal. Of course with a tumbler straw, any liquid therein is gonna come out; simple physics.. the little airflow hole at the top also does leak if it falls over, but not a huge deal. I don’t have a Stanley, so can’t offer a comparison. Overall, this was definitely worth the purchase!

The media could not be loaded.  Some years ago before all the tumbler hype, we purchased our first Hydro Flask while visiting Universal Studios City Walk. Loved it back then but became so distracted with all the must have tumbler hype, and our Hydro Flask lived in our cabinet for years, unused.Recently we have all become alarmed with the announced lead concerns associated with stainless tumblers. We researched stainless tumblers that are lead free and Hydro Flask continued to surface in our results. We pulled our Hydro Flasks out of the cabinet and started using them again but the ones we have didn't fit in our car cup holders, so searched the brand and were so excited to find this one.I LOVE THIS TUMBLER!I was worried about the lid because I'm not a fan of plastic straws. In the past, I've purchased glass straws but after living with this a bit, I've fallen in love!The tumbler straw is in two parts. The upper is silicone which is very easy to maintain clean. It pops out of the lid so you can clean it easily. Having a flexible upper straw is so convenient because there are times when you need to pull the straw close to you. The lower straw is plastic and slides into the silicone one. I did purchase replacement straws for the lower part of the tumbler so I can swap them as needed.Now, let's talk about leaking. I have knocked it over multiple times on the sofa. If my straw cap is on, it doesn't leak (purchased separately which fits easily). If the straw cap is off, the most that will happen is you'll see a drop or two. There's a tiny vent hole in the lid that controls leaks too. Overall, this tumbler is leak proof!Last...performance. If I fill this tumbler 1/2 with ice and the rest with water, the ice will remain through the day, even as I continue to add water. I've traveled with it, and left it in the hot car and again never any concerns about my water not remaining cold.Bravo...lead free, leak free, keeps water ice cold, easy to clean, and fits in your cup holder. Perfect!

I fell into the trend! However, here is why I care for HydroFlask over other alternatives:1. Price = affordable2. Materials = High quality, lead free3. Durability = Fantastic and continuously improves4. Color = rich and fade resistant5. Straw = Flexible, easy to clean6. Delivery = meets expectations so far in terms of keeping ice from melting too quickly7. Spillage = I have gigantic cup holders that this will tilt around in from time to time - no issues. The lid does not screw on, but has a gasket to securely hold the lid in place.All of the above has made me a loyal HydroFlask consumer for literally 14 years. I love it for around the house and for the one-handed convenience. Love the neutral color I chose, as well!

I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with these new drink tumblers. I bought the hydro flask over the Stanley because I liked the purple color. I am impressed with the design and it does keep my water cold even the next day. Easy to take it apart and clean the straw and top. Functional design and looks good in my home office for my water glass.

I purchased this and an Owala to replace my Stanley.Hydro Flask vs. Stanley: I like this one better than the Stanley because it is more leakproof. However, the Stanley keeps a drink colder for longer. My ice melted in this one overnight - not so with the Stanley. However, the Stanley solder has a high lead content. My mug was beginning to show signs of wear and tear. I would rather have a warmer drink than worry about a lead leak.Hydro Flask vs. Owala: The Owala's straw feature is super fun. I purchased a smaller size than my Stanley so that I could get it in a cup holder and have a carry handle. I prefer the Owala over the Stanley and the Hydro Flask. Consumers are told that the manufacturing process is lead-free (a huge plus). The Owala has excellent design features, keeping my drink colder for longer. No melting ice overnight!These products are produced or partly produced in China and the United States. Stanley manufactures some of theirs in Brazil.

I recently learned Stanley’s have lead. I was sad to let mine go. After some searching I found the Hydro Flask!!! Not only is it lead free and keeps my water super cold, it is 10 oz bigger!!! I’m definitely getting in my daily water intake!!

Good temp control, lead free, easy on the eyes and durable. Love this brand.

This was such a good decision. I’m glad my friend researched this on versus the other leading brand. Love the silicone straw too. Keeps cold forever! My kids are always stealing it.
