Really helped with recovery, joints feel better
I’m 28, work out 5 to 6 times a week (mostly strength and a bit of yoga), and was looking for a good quality omega-3 supplement that’s actually effective without being overpriced. After trying a few average ones, I gave Naturaltein’s Triple Strength Omega a shot and I’ve been pleasantly surprised.I’ve been taking one softgel a day after lunch for the past two months. The difference I noticed includes reduced joint stiffness, especially in my knees after leg day, less muscle soreness the next day, and an overall better recovery rate. My energy during workouts also feels more consistent.I really like that it doesn’t leave a fishy aftertaste like most other brands. This one has a light minty finish, which is much more pleasant. The softgels are slightly large, but easy to swallow with water.I also appreciate that it's actually strong enough to get the full dose in just one capsule a day. May be not for everyone or high dose
Not sure why but when ever I take this pill, I get gas and loose motion for that day. Either it's not suiting me or may be I should have a gone for a smaller dose.
