Greenbush Wild Oats Avena Sativa | 4 oz Liquid Extract | Libido Boost

A product that I recommend to friends.I bought Wild Oats Avena Sativa | 4 oz Liquid Extract for the first time, but I think I'll buy it again. I do not take it three times a day, as recommended by the manufacturer, but two. But the sensations are such that there is more energy, I became calmer and have a better sleep. After 3-4 months I will have a blood test and then it will become clear how Wild Oats Avena affects cholesterol and blood sugar level. I hope the results will be better.

Update- Customer Service sent me a detailed response regarding mg/serving.Major differences seem to be in the way it is made (without alcohol, etc.).Word on the internet, said 800 to 1600 mg a day is the recommended dosage (found those are made using alcohol). This bottle says each serving is 11 mg and can be taken 3 times a day. That would only be 33 mg a day. Can someone help me understand why this seems to be an extreme low dose? Thanks. It tastes great but I hope someone helps me with the labeling information. Thanks. Gave it a 4. It may change after I learn more.

Probably ok as an herbal tincture however zero improvement in my partner’s libido or improvement in ED - will continue to research other holistic options - thank you
