A nice solid set of wheels and solid tires. No more flats here !
I got these 13 inch solid rubber tires from the GICOOL Store as a set of two and they are a perfect fit on my hand truck which was badly in need of wheel and tire replacement. I will note that these tires measure 12 - 12 1/2 inch diameter, not the 13” listed. That does not impact my application but may yours. This set made that task super easy and will end the cycle of frustration and disappointment of tires loosing air and being flat when I need them. This molded tire is assembled with a solidly made steel wheel, designed for carrying a significant load for their size and having two bearings with a 5/8" bore for running operation. The bearings are sealed, so I expect the presence of the grease zerk in the hub is just a carryover from a different wheel style. You won’t be needing that. The design and strong welded fabrication of the wheel pieces together and to the center bearing hub will provide good lateral strength so they won't just wobble and break the center hub out. That is what has happened on the single weld hub design on my old wheels. Now my hand truck finally has a set of two good wheels to dolly around on.

Seem like good wheels for a yard cart/trailer
When I ordered these, I thought they had a 3” hub width (bearing to bearing) but when I put them on, they were too wide. It looks like the listing now says 3.25” though, so just make sure they’re the right size for your application. They come with 3/4” bearings installed, and several washers, spacers, and 5/8” bearings are also included. The tires do appear to be good quality, but have an initial oily feel. The bearings seem a little on the rough side, and have a little resistance against spinning freely.

No more flats!
What is worse than going out to your mower to tackle that overgrown weed patch you call a lawn and finding a flat tire. With these tires that is one thing you don't have to worry about. If only other problems were as easy to fix.

Solid tires are super rough riding on a lawn mower...
Solid tires are super rough riding on a lawn mower, just so you know. I wanted to try it on a zero turn, but unless you have a golf course for a yard, air-filled tires with a little give are the way to go (dealing with flats and all). These would still be really useful for small carts, dollies, etc that aren't going 10-12mph over a rough yard with you riding the bull on top. That's the nature of solid tires, though, and not so much the fault of this brand. One complaint, the bearings were pressed super hard into the wheels, and might take a 12lb sledge to get them out. If you are going to leave the stock bearings in them, just be aware that they are pretty low quality and gritty. The bearings are sealed also, so the grease zerk isn't actually greasing the ball bearing part, rather the shaft that doesn't need grease. Go figure.

Needed replacement for z355e front tires
The tubeless tires on the front of my JD z355e zero-turn mower blew out, and finding a replacement turned out to be quite a challenging task. I was hesitant of going with the smooth, flat-free tires as I didn't want a very bumpy ride and reduced traction on hills. But, so far, neither of those seem to be problematic issues. The mower has the same general ride as before, but now without the need to refill those front tires regularly. Install took a little maneuvering with the extenders, but worked out fine. We'll see how long the extenders last - i expect I'll have to replace them before the tire.

Great for our generator
My husband replaced the tires on our generator with these tires. So much better and stronger than the ones that came with the generator.
