Not just for feet! Use them anywhere chafing occurs! My run was chilly the other day and the stitching around my crew neck was filing down the nubbins of my sternoclavicular joint. I whipped out one of these bad boys and, 3 showers later, it's still in place. These are like a second skin and they'll fall off when the healing underneath is done. Unless you DON'T like running conversation starters, then you can just peel them off.

I can see how this tape will prevent blisters, but don’t make the mistake of putting it over a blister. It will pull the blister off. On my foot with no blister, I was concerned it was going to take skin off as well.

Love this stuff! Great prevent blisters, and fantastic to cover existing blisters to prevent further irritation! And it doesn’t stick to your skin so bad that you can’t pull it off (if there’s already a blister there)! I keep some at home and at work, for just in case.

I used these for 3 days when I went to Disneyland. ZERO blisters and helped with overall rubbing/fatigue. They stick well and are easy to remove.

I used the strips on my heel to prevent new shoes from causing a blister. No blister, but the edges of the strips rolled up and it was very annoying
