...but I got this today and just love it! I buy a lot of hair accessories for my long, wavy hair, and most of the time I'm just " meh" about them. My scalp is a bit sensitive, but I need elastics to get my hair off my neck and look cute too. What I do a lot is to gather a ponytail at the side of my neck behind my left ear, wrap twice all the way through, then a third time halfway so that the ends waterfall behind my ear like a messy bun. With regular elastics it doesn't fall right or pulls uncomfortably and I have to do it over and over to get it right. This was right the first time! And looked better! The double spiral keeps my hair in place and let's it hang down just right. I'm ordering more right away, and looking forward to trying it out in a bun on top of my head to sleep in. Even if that doesn't hold overnight, I'll still be happy with this lower ponytail-bun application!*Updated review: lowered to 3 stars, unfortunately. The hair tie stretches out pretty fast so it doesn't keep my hair in it's style all day. It can extend out to 7 inches long if you pull it out and so it wraps around my ponytail 3 or 4 times. I only use it to finish up my sleep bun at night, so it's fine for that and keeps my bun from unraveling overnight. With 3 strands it's strong and still useful to me.I much prefer the Invisibobble Strong brand for daytime.

These are so large that you'd have to have very, very, very, very, very thick hair to use them.

I received an e-mail from the seller which I thought was very nice. As for the pony tail holders, I had hoped they would be a little sturdier, they are much bigger and looser than I had expected. Kind of expensive for 3 holders . I do like that they are clear and they do not pull your hair.

Very stretchy and doesnt hold my hair that great, even when wraped around several times. Pulled my hair a little too :(
