Imus Under Table Infrared Heater – Black 550w

I sadly had occasion to return this effective heater to the suppliers, Mensa, as it stopped working. The service that I received from Irma, whom I corresponded with, was excellent - she answered promptly even replying to me on Christmas day and was extremely helpful. I returned the heater to Mensa and within a week it (not sure whether it was a repaired or a new one) was returned which is working perfectly well. It effectively heats the area needed on my patio or when I am sitting inside with the door open (which I sometimes do during this pandemic time). My sincere thanks to Irma and the company for their outstanding service.

I absolutely love this heater! I use it indoors to make unheated or poorly insulated rooms instantly habitable - immediate heat directed only at the person, makes it possible to sit and work in a very cold room. Far cheaper and quicker than trying to heat the whole room. Instant silent heat makes it a much better solution than a fan heater, and radiant heat feels much nicer too. Light and easy to move around. It's very reassuring that it's safe to touch, no fears about brushing against it accidentally. It is very localised heat - I put it a couple of feet away, raised on a stool, and it does a great job to heat just my torso and not my desk or chair. We didn't really get on with the intended use under a table, my partner wasn't bothered while I wanted it closer to me. I wish they made it possible to switch off one side, I often only want to point it at one person. I hope they make more models!

Very stylish piece of equipment, with carry handle, which makes it easy to move to different areas. Also has decent length of flex, unlike some other products on the market. Have not have the opportunity to try it outside, as it's STILL raining, but plugged in inside, briefly. It puts out a decent amount of heat, and has a lovely glow, which adds to the cosy feeling. Looking forward to using it during what's left of the summer.

Very happy with my order from Mensa. Googled them before purchase and they're legitimate heating specialists. Delivery was prompt (3 days ahead of expected date), package arrived in good condition and everything working as expected. Heater is fantastic, perfect for a roof terrace or under table for a bit of extra warmth.

This is a great little heater. Warms you up nicely but without having to worry any one or the dog will burn themselves if they get too close or touch it. Very light weight so easy to move indoors when not in use

Like the high heat radiation for 550w takes the chill off 2 people. Wont go under our table because of the shape of the legs but will still works when between chairs.

The heater looks good, is portable & does the job. It arrived quickly & we have used it a few times now. It’s easy to store too.
