Used this for camping last weekend, I was impressed how well it worked . It was easy to set up! It did seem to take about an hour to reach its effectiveness , but we started off the evening with a few bites and ended with mosquitos no where around our area !

We use these on our boat. They are amazing. We get a lot of bugs, mosquitoes and such around this time. And it is just surprising how well this works. You love these. Use them at home anywhere! The refills are nice and affordable. This is very easy to use!

Id give this a 3.5 stars. 15 foot zone, no. I have the Thermacell sitting on a table in a 10x12 gazebo. With the claims that should easily keep away the mosquitos. I let it warm up and you can see the smoke coming out the top. I have seen several mosquitos fly by, even thru the smoke. Why I rated it so high is because the mosquitos seem to keep going. I do not have any new bites while I have been using the Thermacell, for about the last several days; we've had an uptick of mosquitos. I am normally within a couple feet from it but I dont doubt if I was farther from it I would be bitten. We don't get a lot of mosquitos so if your at a place that has a lot you may get less bites, if thats any consultation. Over everything else I've tried, other than spraying myself down the deet, the Thermocell has been the most effective. I will continue to use this. I enjoy my cool mornings and evenings, where im normally chased inside because of the mosquitos.

This thing really works! It's odorless, no fumes. My family and friends were impressed. Buying a second one.

Firstly, it works really well. My only problem is that unlike the smaller personal unit, when you put a mat in this thing, it’s completely white in just an hour, and the mats are too expensive for that. I’m going to experiment with only cutting it on intermittently and see if I can still keep the mosquitoes away. They need to come up with a solution so it doesn’t burn through the mats so fast.

Non returnable piece of expensive garbage. Sold as safe for humans and pets but it is not.Chronic exposure to allethrins alters the plasma biochemical profile of humans and may have adverse health effects.[2] Bioallethrin has been shown to cause oxidative damage, cellular toxicity and necrosis of human lymphocytes studied in vitro.[3] It is highly toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. At normal application rates, allethrin is slightly toxic to bees.[4] Insects subject to exposure become paralyzed (nervous system effect) before dying. Allethrins are toxic to cats[5]

Was skeptical, well exceeded expectations. Has made our patio bearable again!Bought a 30 pack of refills.
