This is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever worn. If you have a long torso, don’t bother. It rolls from the top AND bottom. I was in so much pain when I wore it. The boning kept digging in my side. It’s also difficult to get on and off.

It was a tight fit. With my back problems it was uncomfortable. The product was great, good quality.

I am giving this product a two Star review. The only reason I’m not giving it a one star is because the fabric is nice.Since I’ve started working out I’ve needed something to help, & this product rolls down. I ordered the size I use for everything else and this product seems to continuously roll. It does apply a great amount of support, but it doesn’t give value for money for me. It didn’t fit well.

I started my fitness/health journey about a few months and have been looking for something to shape me while i do cardio. This is it!! Tried it for a few days wearing it over my workout clothes and i feel so snatched. Tummy looks and feels flat! Im usually a size xs/small in shapewear and i went with an xs and it fit great.

This is a great binder! I used it during my c-section recovery. It supports everything in place, it is comfortable to wear, easy to put on and decent value for the money. Appearance is good but some of the seams cane undone and the thread started to stretch when I tried to cut it off by hand.

I have tried SO many and none of them can get my whole stomach in. Either I’ll have upper back fat hanging out or my gut isn’t covered.Tip: pull it up from your legs don’t put it over your head to get it on 🙃🤣
