I love the texture of the bag. It isnt cheap feeling. Easy to wipe clean. The zippers are great quality. The neutral colors offered allow it to be incredibly versitle- work, school, travel, diaper bag... I was specifically looking to replace an old diaper bag that I'd been using at my travel bag. I loved how many pockets and how much space my old bag had while still being under the limit for my airplane personal item. This bag has plenty of pockets for everything our family of three could need and more, and fit my purse inside also so I didn't have to count it as another personal item. The luggage strap works great and it is an easy bag to carry. The bag itself is light weight, and as a chronic overpacker, starting light is definitely a plus. I like the "hidden pocket" for things that are a bit more valuable, passports, etc, and the locking feature on the technology pocket is nice to have, even just for keeping the zipper closed on that pocket.If I had to complain about one thing, I'd say that the zippers are so smooth they sometimes come open if you have something heavy in the bag and it's halfway unzipped already. But I have only used the bag on two trips so far, but it looks brand new still. I've already suggested this bag to a couple friends who were looking for a backpack for work. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect commuter backpack. Very roomy, comfortable, sturdy and stylish. I like that it is water repellent as well.

Love this bag. I got it for the light color inside as I have a problem with finding things in my current backpack that has a black interior. I also like the back hidden pocket. I could do with fewer compartments as I end up unzipping too many times looking for stuff. But that is a problem in most and I just use only 3 compartments. The only complaint I have is the dinky handle. I like to grab the handle to then sling the backpack on my shoulders or if I sit it in a chair or on the floor. This one is not padded and looks very flimsy.

I usually wait a while before reviewing, to report how well it lasts. Only used it for few weeks so no, I don't know how well it holds. But so far I love it. It is light, comfortable, you can fit inside many things easily, it has many pockets (in fact, careful there, you need to be very organized to remember what pocket stores what). I walked with it in the rain - substantial, but not crazy rain - no umbrella and everything inside is dry. Holds well the water bottle. I got a light color - so far it didn't accumulate much dirt, and whatever it caught, was easy to clean. Well, we will see about that, and how long it will last with all the heavy weight I carry with me daily. But first impression, great.

Back in the office more and my prior bag was not comfortable for commuting multiple days per week. I love the size and plenty of pockets for my laptop, 2 phones, various chargers and headsets, a notebook or 2. I keep a pashmina and a fold-up umbrella. Side pockets hold a water bottle and a coffee travel thermos. I recently flew with it and included my makeup, skincare, hairbrush. It fit fine under the seat in front of me. I chose beige for versatility although I usually do black. It is very comfortable and more convenient than a rolling bag for my daily commute. I am very happy with this bag.

I love this bag! I travel for work and this has been the perfect bag. Lots of pockets to keep everything organized and easy to access things on the move. I do wish the side pockets were just a little bigger, they won’t hold a 40oz water bottle. I haven’t had the opportunity to use the charging port but I do think it will be a great feature. Overall I’m very glad I bought this bag plus it’s super cute!

Bought this for a trip to Spain. It exceeded expectations. It is light weight. There are multiple compartments to keep things organized. My laptop and small purse fit. There are side slots that held my water bottle and tea thermos. It has great anti-theft features. It is very durable and an amazing value for the low cost.

Absolutely awesome backpack. Heading to Greece soon and searching and searching for a under seat personal bag. I was happily surprised at this backpack. Great quality, great organization, super comfortable straps. A third of what most backpacks cost. What more could you ask for!
