The Power Button is WHERE?!!?!! Other than that, a great monitor.
Changing my original rating: It's not the monitor's fault I have stubby fingers. And it's a great monitor. Bright enough for a well-lit room. Great colors and contrast. Fit and finish tight as a phone or camera. And the joystick location seems to be an industry-wide fad. ]]I have only had it two days. it looks good. But it has a fatal flaw:YOU CANNOT REACH THE POWER BUTTON (ON THE BACK) FROM UNDER THE MONITOR!I have a monitor to the right of this monitor. If power is temporarily removed or signal is not supplied for a while, it SHUTS ITSELF OFF. Then, I have to make a special trip to gain access to the rear of the monitor and push the button. Surely the monitor Marketing department should be delighted when someone buys two of these monitors and places them side by side. But apparently not. As a general rule, I say Marketing should stay away and let the engineers figure it out. But in this case, someone needs a slap. I guess it should be on their face, since it might be hard to reach around and slap them on the back of the head.My wife says to return it. Given how complicated it was to unbox, and how pretty it is, I don't want to. But I think she's right. I will get a simpler monitor that either: A. Has an accessible ON button, or B. Can be configured to immediately go to Standby mode when power is applied, and STAY in standby mode when it loses signal.

Fantastic 3440 x 1440 resolution with 165 HZ and HDR!!
This monitor is one of the best buy I've made. Initially I was using Beeline 12 ($159) and could only get 2560 x 1080 at 60 Hzwith no HDR support via HDMI 2.0, but now I have another mini- with DP 1.4 port and with the DP 1.4 connection I'm getting 3440 x 1440 at 165 Hz AND HDR support!!The key is that one has to use the DP 1.4 connection. With the DP 1.4 connection, this monitor is as good, if not better than monitors costing $500 more than this monitor. Honestly, there is nothing that this monitor lacks...absolutely nothing...as long as one uses the DP 1.4 port. It's nice to have all 6 of my brokerage accounts, a netflix movie, couple of NBA games and excel in one screen with clear text and video. Great to watch Youtube/Netflix while having couple of NFL/NBA/CBB games (muted)---se the attached pic. Again, have to use Displayport 1.4 to get the 3440 X 1440 at 165Hz, will only get 2560X1440 at 60 Hz with HDMI 2.0.

I was immediately blown away by its stunning visuals and immersive features.
The full HD 1080P resolution paired with the 1500R curvature immerses you into your games like never before. Everything is so vibrant and alive thanks to the impressive 122% sRGB color coverage, which really brings true colors to the forefront—especially in games with dynamic landscapes. Whether I’m battling it out in a fast-paced shooter or exploring vast open worlds, it’s as if I’m truly living within those environments!Let’s talk about the refresh rate—165Hz is an absolute game changer. The fluidity is unmatched, and I could really feel the difference when I was diving into competitive gameplay. Gone are the days of motion blur or lag; now every frame is smooth as butter! Paired with FreeSync Premium, my gameplay is free from tearing, making for such a seamless experience. One feature that I deeply appreciate is the eye care technology. Spending hours in front of the screen can sometimes take a toll, but with this monitor's flicker-free display and low blue light technology, I’ve had much less eye strain during long gaming sessions.Additionally, connecting my PC to the monitor was a breeze! With two HDMI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4, I had all the connectivity options I needed, and I was up and running in no time. The VESA compatibility and tilt adjustable stand also added to the ease of setup, ensuring I could position it just right for maximum comfort. In conclusion, the KTC 32 Inch Curved Gaming Monitor combines outstanding performance, incredible visuals, and user-friendly features into one striking package. If you're a gamer looking to elevate your setup, I can wholeheartedly recommend this beauty—it's worth every penny!

Great price to performance but serious issue with sleep mode and boot time. Pretty good support!
Pros:Great price to performancePicture quality seems greatUneven backlight rarely noticeableNo dead pixelsGood supportCons:Terrible sleep mode/start up timeSummary:When it was new and functioning "normally" it would take 5-30 seconds to wake up or turn on.Now 4 months of ownership, the boot up and sleep functionality are failing.Monitor goes to sleep way too quickly when it doesn't detect a signal. Changing inputs and accidently choosing one not connected or turning off/sleeping your computer puts the monitor to sleep immediately with no opportunity of choosing a different input. While going to sleep doesn't seem that bad, it sometimes will not wake up. Doesn't respond to menu button, doesn't detect signal from inputs. When it doesn't completely fail to wake up, it often takes up to 5 minutes to turn on.Turning on the computer or waking it up from sleep consists of me spamming key presses, mouse clicks and movements, menu button (on then monitor) clicks and movements, and turning the monitor off and on (I put the monitor on a switched outlet because of this). The reset display driver shortcut (ctrl, shift, win, b) also does not work.Contacted support through email and left this review on Amazon. I got a response to the email saying they would respond but never heard back. I also got a response to my review on Amazon. I don't know, but I'm going to assume they put the 2 reviews together (they were worded similar) and just contacted through one platform. Hopefully, they're not responding to reviews and ignoring their main support channel. Either way, they offered a full refund on the product which allows me to order a replacement monitor.
