Night Rebuild Powder

I ordered this Night Rebuild thru Amazon and it came within 2 days. Really fast. When I use this product before bed, I wake up refreshed after only 7 hours sleep where I used to be drowsy in the morning after I had 7.5 to 8 hours sleep without this product. It has a pleasure taste but you must stir it allot or use a frother or shaker bottle. Otherwise it can be a little gritty. Love the ingredients. From what I know of each one listed, they are all healthy for the body.

Like many, I found Markus and Cara by way of their YouTube channel. Both know so much about wellbeing on all levels, and they both are a testament to what they advise. They are vibrant, fit, healthy and happy souls. I have Been following Markus' plan, and seeing good results, and I was wanting to take things to the next level. So, I purchased the Night Formula. I am at that age where falling asleep has become a tough task. I need to be awake by 6:30 to go to work, so issues with sleeping were proving very problematic. I waited to write this review until I had used the product for a time. I wanted to share that my sleep has greatly improved, and I feel vastly better. My sleeping is much more consistent and I fall asleep more quickly and soundly. It is so nice to wake up feeling rested once again. I am so glad to have found Markus and Cara, and I am so grateful to have learned from them. The Night Formula has improved my quality of life even more. Very grateful.

I always wake up middle of the night and can't sleep back.Since My schedule at work from 2pm -9 pm...when finally I can sleep back at 6am...I get up at 9,sometimes 9.30.I have no kids,or a man in the house,but getting up late is really pisses me off.I started to take this and I sleep through the night,much deeper,also I am up at 7.30 and feel fresh.Stopped having my period 6 month ago,(I am fifty)and 3 days ago I woke up with cramp and now I have my period.Then just came to my mind that Markus said it is balancing your hormones.

I am so happy the for this Night Rebuild , I wake up I feel more relaxed and I sleep through and don't feel as stressed as I normally can be because I am overburden sometimes , this make me relax and feel calm and so good, this is really needed, love it

I just took this supplement twice before sleep and woke up more refreshed with more energy each time. I just got this and so far so good i used to always wake up tired like i never slept.
