Great product for every toolbox
This is a silicone based grease designed for disk brake calipers. I honestly do not use it for that purpose. However, Sil-Glyde should be in every tool box. It is waterproof, heat & cold friendly, it does not migrate around the application point and can even be used as anti sieze lube in a pinch. I have even used it on exterior light bulb threads. A little goes a long way, my last tube was 20 years old and was smaller then this.

If It Squeaks, It Won't.
I used some of this to stop my squealing brakes, which had been installed with very little lubricant on recommendation from someone from whom I don't take recommendations any longer. After greasing all metal to metal contact points as well as the slide pins, I have no noise whatsoever. The brakes even seem to have a smoother feel to them.Seeing how much it helped my brakes, I decided to use it to grease all of my squeaky drawers in the kitchen. My drawers used to require a struggle and some effort to pull/push. Now, I frequently smack myself in the crotch because they slide too well, and too silently.Basically, if it squeaks, add this. It won't any more.

Good product, Great price, Does what it advertised.
When trying to stick fuel injectors in an engine, there is nothing like this stuff. It makes it easier to keep the little gasket on the injector in place while you install something like this. You can't go wrong with just having this in your tool box. It displaces water, it stays put, it makes things slide well. You also don't need a whole lot. If you're like me, and you just use this stuff maybe every week or two, a bottle will last you for at least a year.

Good stuff, when you NEED good silicone grease.
My dad introduced me to this grease, and while it is a little pricey it works VERY well on things such as weatherstipping, sunroof tracks in vehicles and anywhere high quality silicone great can be used. I had used a variety of lube sticks on the sunroof rails of my 08 car and this summer the sunroof stuck shut one day. Freeing the roof I cleaned the tracks and applied this to them and it works as smoothly and quietly as when the car was new. Seriously good stuff when you need a pure silicone grease.

Rubber Renewal Made Easy
Amazing stuff. I used it on the door window seals of my 83 Mercedes. They had begun to crack and show their age. They have recovered much of their elasticity, and the cracks are less noticeable. Not a perfect solution, but good enough for now. Best applied with finger tips and with much patience as it does not flow easily. Have a rag handy to wipe off excess. Can be used for many "dried rubber" applications. Worth the investment.

Fix and repair.
It seems that 2 words that are lost in our generation is fix and repair. My floor hand pump for my bike was acting kind of funky. I called the mfg and they don't have parts for my model. (Disposable I guess.) I wanted to give this a try and it worked great to renew my specialized hand pump. It cost me half the price of pump and now I can use it whenever I need to on other things.

Excellent investment that will last forever.
This stuff is amazing, and seems to be the Rolls Royce of lubricants for a multitude of automotive work. It works amazingly well on caliper slide bolts, metal to metal contacts on brake pads/calipers, and I've even used it to help press in stubborn parts. I even use it on the round/center part of bolts going through spindles holding the control arm/ball joint to help make sure they won't get stuck if they even need to slide back out. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Works to silence squeaky hinges
My doors squeaked. I tried teflon spray, and numerous other sprays. With this tube, I just rubbed it around the outside of the hinge and opened and closed the door a few times to work in the compound. No more noise. So nice to have something that works. It's been about a month and still no squeaking.
