Compressor seized after just 1 month
Received this compressor on May 13. Installed it that weekend. AC was working great until a few days ago when I noticed the AC wasn't blowing cold during idle. Return window closed on June 12th. It is June 23rd and the compressor completely seized up causing the belt to burn up and I now need to order a new compressor and belt. Stay away from this cheap compressor and spend the extra $200 on a decent Nissin or Denso from Rock Auto. Complete piece of junk.

Be sure compressor is the problem before you get a clutch and end up needing a compressor also.
Worked as intended. Clutch wasn't the issue on a 2012 Ford Focus. The compressor was toast. This replacement works as needed. Puts out cold air like before. Apparently the Ford OEM compressors don't last long. Replaced at 50k miles. AC Clutch is pre installed and compressor is pre-filled with oil. Making it a much easier install.

Compressor was installed on 8/15/26 and it stopped working 8/20/26. As soon as my mechanic get time to take it off I will return this junk. Please do not buy this product it is no good

Cheaper than most on the market. Functions well on the wifes car. Hard to find good deals for vehicles these days due to some maniacs south of the border.

Poor fitment and undocumented adapter, not a direct fit.
Bought this A/C compressor for a 2012 Ford Focus, and it was definitely not a proper direct-fit replacement. It came with an adapter that was never mentioned in the product listing or shown on the box. After installing it, the A/C lines were touching the axle, so I had to carefully bend the line to create enough clearance. The adapters also came with O-rings, but when I tightened everything with the supplied O-rings installed, there was still a large gap that would likely cause a refrigerant leak. I had to remove the supplied O-rings just to get the fittings to sit closer together properly. This installation required extra adjustments and troubleshooting that should not be necessary for a part advertised as fitting a 2012 Ford Focus. The seller needs to clearly disclose the adapter, provide the correct seals and include proper installation instructions. I would not recommend this compressor unless you are prepared to modify the A/C lines and deal with possible fitment or leaking issues. After all the adjustments did a pressure test and got no leaks.
